How To Improve At Dueling in Star Wars Battlefront 2

What sensitivity do you play on?

Luke/Maul I like to be constantly moving and it tends to work lol

Basically there's no real built in combos and all of this shit is just manipulating the basic strikes in the game

hi i started about 2 days ago and currently have a level 9 maul, level 3 anakin and luke , level 3 yoda and level 6 vader. I’ve been watching swbf2 videos since i was 12 and it’s been 6 years so it’s truly a dream come true that i can finally get a chance to play this badass game. Tried a few HvV games so far, constantly got clapped because i clearly don’t know what i’m doing. so far i’ve learned to dodge attacks by dashing but i would like to know what’s the most suitable keybind for combat roll aka dashing for heroes and villains because i personally use the “4” key but it’s kinda inconvenient so i need some advice. and also what’s the most suitable hero/villain for a pootato like me to use?

Do you always have to click down on the left stick to spring?

Do you just use default controller binds

I find it nuts how they drain my stamina within no time and just rush me yet when I do it I get no results but I hope this helps, will get practicing 🤙🏻

It’s good if you make yourself a wild card, try to randomise your attack patterns like I do. And try to trick the enemy— I.E, Look like a shitter and then riposte when they get cocky

How tf do yall break the special attacks? Like when I've used darth vader I've used force choke and they break it immediately as I pick them up ? And I've used special attacks as the opponent was attacking not blocking and they still weren't affected by it. Are these techniques, cheating or glitches in the game ? Cause it pisses me off.

man one combo i gotta learn is the passion strike into hook swing seen you do that last time and it was so clean.

Bro question. How are u able to get another hit with rey after u did the Q dash? Like u got that next hit almost immediately.
I always have this cooldown when i'm leaving the ability to get the next hit

I cant Bunny Hop 2 Times idk why it workes in a few Situations but Not everytime

Hey dude ik ur improving but see what u can do to duel some more VA players. From what I have seen it would help u alot bc u r way too aggressive at certain points

How do you double hook swing with characters like kylo and luke??

Small tip for people just starting out: you can’t play all characters the same

Each hero has different stamina, health, star cards, abilites, and speeds, so it’s up to you to figure out the best way to play with your characters

For example I like to be passive aggressive when it comes to Obi-Wan, waiting to learn to opponents moves before going in with counters

I play aggressively with yoda, always pressuring my enemies

I like to play more defensive with maul, always trying to keep my stamina high and getting ready to rush in

But you can play characters completely different to how I do, just make sure you learn the full extent of your characters instead of the same plain moveset

Could you perhaps make a video about the double hook/ jumpswing timings? I got it down for Yoda, Anakin, Grievous and Dooku but I can't get the hang of the others

when griev combo vid with unblockable surge < claw rush < 2 hits

bro how do you do double hookswing? i cant do it cuz my hero lands and hit while on ground but i can do it only with dooku anakin and obi
