I can’t seem to find any workouts that work for me. I’ve been doing this for three months nothing has changed and im really starting to dislike these excercises. What do I do?

This workout is so simple, yet it works so well, and it even got me to do this for 5 minutes instead of watching stranger things!

ok question- I want to do this for a specific thing, does anyone know a way I would be able to get a smaller stomach in 10 days? its a couple days short but I really want to feel comfortable wearing a crop top
Ответитьi've been doing this workout for almost or already a week now, and i gotta say, my past self didnt feel this happy and motivated to wake up in the morning just to start working out, even if i take a day for break, the same "break day" im feeling kinda down and anxious. i suffer from anxiety/depression and still working on my bulimia, BUT Lilly and puppy lift me up and not even one month in, and im already feeling much happier. thank you so much

Day 1: I DIED
Doing this until I go to Florida! (16 days) I'm doing a flat stomach in one week workout , and abs in one week workout as well as this everyday.
Starting weight: 119 pounds
Ending weight:
Day 1: ✅ did this workout as well as the flat stomach in one week workout and I felt the burn! Definitely feel a lot better after this workout. Btw I'm not changing my diet for this.
Day 2: ✅ REALLY SORE already but tried my best hardest and did all three workouts.
Day 3: ❌Skipped today because I was busy. Kinda disappointed but it’s okay I still have almost two weeks left.
Day 4:✅ Worst day so far. Hurt really bad and had to take a few breaks,

Day 1: ✅ did so well even managed to do it twice today I think my motivation sky rocketed today burnt but got through it
Day 2: ✅ not too sore but today definitely burnt more than yesterday
Day 3: ✅ burnt more today but I’ve been making progress with the exercises I was able to do the full holds and everything today

personally i’ve tried mutiple workouts from diffrent people and didn’t see anything i’ve been doing this for about 1 week and a half and i have lost 20 pounds and can see abs coming in i was thin at first with a little fat but this works! i also run at least 3 hours each week
