Perhaps thinking about ’words’ not statements/phrases works for reducing the time.
Also, people want to hear what they are going to get out of it. So it’s 10/20. 10 sec what we do, 20 sec how / why they would want to hire/ be interested in our business.

I do not want to sound rude, but I think you should practice your own elevator pitch. It took you 3 minutes to start talking about the 4 steps. I waited to see what you were going to say. Then when you finally started talking about the 4 steps the answers to the questions were the common answers that people do. If someone talks to me the same way that most people do I lose interest.

stumbled across this and was perfect for what I needed. I have a question though, I currently have 2 career paths I focus on, that have the ability to overlap but not currently and wasn't sure if I should have 2 pitches or combine them.
