I dont understand why the staff are so loyal to Howard. Howard only cares about Howard...he has no loyalty whatsoever to his underpaid, over worked staff!! Case in point, when he told on air the Howard TV staff was being laid off with no notice!! Some of those workers, Scott Depace was with Howard from day 1 of Howards career!
