I've been very open about my past and the physical, mental and sexual abuse in y early years. It's left me with many psychological scars that I carried for over 50 years. Thanks to a specialist in therapy, I'm regaining my life back. My mother was schizophrenic and undiagnosed. It was shameful back then to have mental illness in a family member. I was the "focus" and obsession of my mothers disease, and I suffered badly. I post these stories to help others suffering,s o they know they are not alone, and to shine a light into this topic, so other have compassion to those who suffer from mental illness too. This is a deep emotional story, but well worth watching.
