This poi tutorial takes practitioners through the same choreography 3 times showing the back view using about 10 beginner moves with poi. The performance takes between 2.5 and 3 minutes to perform in these three executions and the end of the video shows a front view of the performance at a slightly faster pace. While the sequence is based on repeating everything roughly 4 times, artists are encouraged to do however many repetitions they find appropriate. Advanced beginners may cut it in half for a faster moving show.
