You can find the Arteza boxed sets at JoAnn fabrics in the US. They often have them on sale!

Since you are using weight in grams for your ratios and the paints have differing densities how do you adjust for this factor. Can you tell us what the approximate volume of the resulting mixture in the application bottle after mixing? It appears like the floetrol at 80 g takes up about half the volume, but when you add the paint color it obscures the volume level. Would appreciate your comment on this.

Loved this video - really useful even though viewing in UK two years after you made it. Am dog sitting at friend’s house next week so will take supply of paint, Owatrol, and distilled water (our tap water is too hard) to fill the plastic squeezy bottles I bought from Amazon using your method. Usually work in fluid oz but will follow your measurements in grams religiously! Then I will be able to create the lovely even lines rather than blobby ones.

I tried to take the lid off my Liquitex squeeze bottle and it wouldn’t come off and I wore the hot pink paint.

Hi Kanella, how would you mix Golden Fluids ? Do you wait and mix a small amount when you use it or do you prepare for the 5 oz bottles ?

For thew Floetrol, do I use the Orange or Red label (for Acrylic paints)?

This mixture I just watched for the Amsterdam Paints .... Will it be the same mixture for the Amsterdam Pearl Paints and should I put some gloss medium in the pearl paints?

oh rinse bottle out first, then add 1 table spoon of either product put on lid shake then leave cleaner in the bottle use bottle brush to clean. so easy!!!

acetone nail polish remover and baby bottle brush clean your bottles back to new in 1 min, including caps. or paint thinner. no waist.

A very good class and teacher...I'm just a beginner and using DecoArt for the most part but since you don't use, no ratio. I mixed some deco art today using the 80-40-30...may not work...will see!!

Awesome video and info. Thank you. If using "ready to pour paint" like liquitex fluid or artist loft pre mixed ready to pour would you recommend a dripntest to see how it flows? If it doesn't flow well then experiment with one of the ratios you provided? Thanks for all the time you spent on this.
