Okay I think there is a person who took the form of Reggie where he saw him up, took form of hunter and acted like a drug dealer, took form of Lucas and said that nonsense to his son, and finally took form of Max and made her be the culprit of Safi's death. Who knows that person could have taken Safi's form too.

Probably the double person is the one to hit max so it can be in her place with Safi & commit murder

I know for sure that it's another Max, probably from a different timeline/ alternate universe. Here is why: have a look at the middle of the video from chapter one, Max is wearing a yellow jacket, but in the picture where she's pointing a gun at Safi she's wearing a green jacket. So it couldn't possibly be the same Max unless it was a mistake in the game.

I started to think that Vinh who doesn't remember his own password is not Vinh.
