ОтветитьHey Adrain, i just tried some. I did 4 and i got my wind bust. I usually do 21 pushups straight. But this is amazing. It does somethign to your cardio. This is good. i will include this in my evening daily workouts. I will share results. Thank you brother.

ОтветитьFirst time doing this only did 5 sets which is more than I would have done ever haha first set 12, then 18, 20, 20 then 15, i'm puffing hard out so i think that is a good start for a 59 year old woman's first go. be back tomorrow and will do better.

ОтветитьThere is absolutely no such thing as target fat burning. As you are burning off fat, it mostly happens randomly and usually the fat on your legs, arms and head go before your belly and breasts. The truth is all you need to do to lose weight is burn more calories than you eat. Even if you're eating nothing but candy as long as you stay in a calorie deficit and exercise, you can still lose weight, now that doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want of course, you should still try to eat healthy but the only thing that matters for weight loss is being in a calorie deficit.

ОтветитьYou cannot target fat loss lol. Just as you can't target weight gain (in the for of fat at least). This movement is a function athletic movement. It may hit lower abs lightly. If youre obese or out ofnshape these are fine. BUT, if you fit enough... DO BURPIES. You would burn a ton more calories. And build real fuctional strength

ОтветитьLol, make sure you tell your viewers that you can't target certain areas of fat on the body, and to have a flat belly, you just need to lose more fat, and a calorie deficit is sufficient to achieve this by itself.
Ответитьthis video is thinking entirely too SMALL. I often use a variation of burpees for the same reason. I set a bar at arms length for 1000 burpees. My entire body is working against itself at this point. The count is simple. I did 10 sets, eventually reaching 10 x 100 or 1000 total. it takes me just under 100 mins to get it done and taxes the entire body. it is far more effective than jogging as I use it to break the monotiny.

ОтветитьDO NOT DO THIS. My wife did this yesterday exactly like he does and today her back is very sore. She's not even overweight and she works out everyday. I already thought this video was sus because of the title but yeah it's worse than I thought. And not that I think of it most these comments look sus too. Don't risk it.
ОтветитьIs there a variation I can do against my wheelchair/on my knees - I can get into the front rest position, but the jump/walk back is hard to replicate as I can't stand.
