what a bullshit, they paid for the back nozzle design, everything's going to be honest.
Q: what to do USA (the serious superpower) with a dead end design of a dead end fighter were even USSR cannot brought too much resources because of deemed design ?
shitty story and a shitty reporter ( no offence)

And yet we make war with a country that sold us their designs… should say to anybody with two functioning brain cells that we are all being taken for a ride.

What a shame.Americans go around saying that other country copied its design, and it turns out that the Americans themselves are also a thief

Lockheed "collaborated" with the Yakovlev company which essentially means they purchased the design. When will you ever get your facts straight.

So where did the US steal the design of a Russian plane? They had the Harrier which is a brilliant plane.

In the 1990s Lockheed Martin paid Yakovlev in a contract between the two companies that gave LM a license to study the Yak-141 and develop their own concept but also to restrict any other company from gaining access to that technology. Also, see the 1972 Convair (General Dynamics) Model 200/201A and 218.

Yeah, well, so what’s your point? They literally stole a pair of B-29s, took them apart to the last rivet and produced the Super Fortresski, so they owe us one. Except for their spies stealing our atomic bomb designs from Los Alamos…

I can't say I would be that surprised if it turned out so. Most of long-term pilots of british Harriers (alleged forerunner of F-35) noted how it was difficult to control plane during lift-off and landing ('like balancing a plate on tip of finger while driving mono-wheel bike'), as well as the plane's engine being prone to malfunctions. If I were to pour 1.,7 trillions $ into a development of high-tech stealth warplane, having an unstable plane with unreliable power-plant as a platform for development would be out of question.

Today I came to know about YAK 141 fighter jet's vertical take off and
Landing .I taught only USA is first country who have technology of vertical
take off and landing in their fighter Jets. But Today I am shocked and I
came know that RUSSIA was the first country to use vertical take off and
landing in there's Jets. My myth today break about US Raptor and F35
Lightinging. So, US put eye on RUSSIA.

Its kind ironic that the Russian sold their very value secret plan of VOTL fighter to the America which end up to be in the F35. this secret cost only $200 million USD. During the end of the WW 2, England gave Russian a Roll Royce jet engine and proposal sell them a license to manufacture the Jet Engine.. Stalin had his people to reverse engineers the engine and put in the MIG 15 and he did not pay a dime. Yak- 38 to 141 use something very simple two small jet engines behind the pilot with the nozzle point down. The problem is it cooked the flight deck from the heat and this was one of the reason it never when in to production according one pilot of Yak-38. Cheers

Thrust vectoring isn't a new concept, so I wouldn't say the US stole Russia's idea. The US Marine Corps had the AV-8B aircraft in the early to mid 1980's. I watched them take off and land at MCAS Yuma AZ. The AV-8A was in operation since the late 1960's in the UK. They saw service in the Falklands war against Argentina.

I remember somewhere I read iCA memo which is tripped it the NATO headquarters in Brussels 2 to start dedicated group 4 cataloguing and studying order information coming from ex-soviet you in the early 90s goes there were so many engineers drink fleeing and bringing information documents it was needed a whole group of people to evaluate deformation . Especially in the aviation sector. in fact with the mIG 31, miG-29, su-27, tu 160, and the integrated anti-air system there were so many innovations that were unknown to the nATO site in the late 80s, that if the Cold War get turned hot at least in beginning in the the soviets would h a ve been the stronger side
Also You should make a video about the Soviet origins of Us stealth program.
