While I can agree that the DreamSMP was pretty influential, you gotta always give props to the biggest minecraft server ever: Hypixel.
Some of the server's biggest members would never be known if it wasn't for Hypixel(like tommy and techno)

Creators like you make all this information accessible and easy to understand so that people can know what actually happened. I hadn’t take the time to understand what happened with George, but now I do. And thank you infinitely for the technoblade ending. God it made me cry. i’m very sad hearing about the wilbur controversy, i was a long time viewer and i loved him as he made me laugh so hard on multiple occasions. i find it hard to understand that the funny guy that i looked up to as a role model has stooped so low to this point and it just genuinely makes me so sad that he has come to this. he was one of the original new age(2020 on) minecrafters that i actually enjoyed and loved. he was such a light hearted funny person on stream(which i could never watch live bc im an american child who had to wake up early and couldn’t stay up late to watch, i mainly watched vods) to a disgusting, sick person off stream. this disappoints me to a deep level and i wish this didn’t happen and he continued to stream.

As a way to remember Technoblade and keep his legacy going I have been cooking up a DnD character in memory of how Techno portrayed his character in the DSMP, I only hope I can remember enough Sun Tzu quotes for the whole campaign.
