ОтветитьI like to do my lat pulldowns in the way you describe it "controlled cheat reps" just because i can feel my lats more.
ОтветитьI did 100pushups a day for a week cause I was on vacation far away from gym and then I go back do 2 chestdays in a row and boom I took pr in bench press so pushups can actually build alot of strength to benchpress and so can latpulldown do to pullups.
