OMG! I just LOVE your comebacks with these comments!!!🤣🤣🤣 I'm in Keto and finally I found a video with meals that I would eat, I'm a VERY picky eater. I would DEF eat these meals (except asparagus & mushrooms😂) Thank you so much for sharing!!!!🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьStill I don’t know how to get full with consuming normal amount of meat and avoid taking carbohydrates. To me keto means taking large portions of meat and eggs.
ОтветитьCalories are not mentioned
ОтветитьMy favorite part was the food
ОтветитьMusic is very distracting and totally unnecessary
ОтветитьWhat is the best butter for keto ?
ОтветитьA lot of these recipes will either kick you out of ketosis or will be very close. Even if you are sticking to 50g of carbs a day.
Those who are doing 20g daily carb intake, forget it. These will definitely take you out of ketosis.
I’m starting keto next week, done it before and it really worked albeit a few years ago cauliflower rice is the way to go. I mix it with broccoli. Add some frozen peas bag it into portions and freeze it, simple and easy to whack it in the microwave for 2-3 mins to steam and use with r3cipes like this
ОтветитьPlease stop that music, I can’t even watch it
ОтветитьThe recipes look great!
Just a cautionary note, especially for those with arthritis: mushrooms and cauliflower ( and therefore, broccoli) have purines in them, and eating too much of them, and other foods containing purines can cause inflammation and gout because they contribute to a buildup of uric acid. I found out the hard way when I started eating a lot of both to cut carbs, etc. I do eat them, but just occasionally. I found lists of foods with purines online.
Can you use dubble thick cream instead of sour cream ??
ОтветитьABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT VIDEO. I PLAN TO TRY THEM ALL !!!!!
ОтветитьI have to say I am so impressed I never ever write a review but wow you have seriously got some good skills thank you for sharing your keto diet I just started yesterday
ОтветитьBrilliant ideas! Thank you so much.
ОтветитьCan these be frozen
ОтветитьHate to be the one to tell you this, but rice is NOT a keto food as it's too high in carbs!
ОтветитьDon't use seed oils though
ОтветитьThis is an awesome video. I’m just getting ready to start keto and these recipes will definitely be on my list!
ОтветитьI always do the fried cabbage, but I add onion and red bell pepper, and it takes up about ten notches!
ОтветитьCABBAGE?))))
ОтветитьStarted Keto in October at my doctor's suggestion to help control my diabetes. These recipes look so good! I was afraid I would be starving on a keto diet. Other channels post recipes that are just too complicated. Yours are so simple and fast! Thank you so much for giving me hope that I can do this at the age of 71.
Ответить1 Tbsp = 5 Tbsp ?
ОтветитьI made this oh my they turned out sooo good
ОтветитьThese dishes all look delicious and I will definitely try most of them ! Since I am not on a keto diet yet, my question is, how many portions are each recipe ?
ОтветитьLooks good 😊 to me thanks
Ответитьsoy sauce?
ОтветитьJust what I needed. Thanks a bunch. These are perfect for lazy guys like me.
ОтветитьI make a great casserole with cauliflower. I don't have a fancy food processor, but I do have a knife! lol. I use sour cream with spices that include curry powder, turmeric, parsley flakes, etc...per taste. Mix that in a buttered large microwavable casserole dish then add the chopped cauliflower, about a cup of shredded cojack cheese, shredded carrot, (can add green onion, broccoli, or other vegies low in carbs), ham sliced into small chunks. Stir in about a tablespoon of butter and if I have it a good chunk of cream cheese. Nuke for 40 minutes on power of 7. When it's done I put a couple of slices of white stringy cheese like provolone, or whatever I have on hand. I then crush up about a cup of pork rinds and sprinkle this with some parmesan cheese and put under the broiler for just a couple of minutes until lightly toasted. Absolutely my food of choice since I started my strict low carb, no sugar, NO processed foods, no grains or anything with GMO's. I no longer suffer from all the GI issues I had (GERD, IBS, diverticulitis flares, bubble guts, and esophageal reflux with aspiration)! And most importantly, in 6 months I have reversed my non-alcoholic fatty liver disease!!! Got off of all my cholesterol, antacids, proton pump inhibitors, etc... I found that I was not suffering from too much stomach acid, but not enough! I drink apple cider vinegar in my water and I love the way I feel now! I get so sick if I eat something I shouldn't now. So not worth it I promise! No more poisonous oils either! Only used virgin olive oil, butter, or meat oils. TY for the ideas!
Ответитьbacon, rice, seed oils are not keto. Too much sugars
ОтветитьIs that a cast-iron coated pa
ОтветитьI've been so long to try the new other resipes like bacons and cabbages and the other keto recipes without taste of bacons and butter and cabbage. It was very tasty and it was sooo good. I hope the next one is better 😋😋
ОтветитьSimple, satisfying, delicious. Your filming photography, lighting and production values are excellent (although I’d pick subtler music).👏🌟👍
ОтветитьIt would be nice if you added a full shopping list in the description of this video.
ОтветитьAll these recipes look delicious and pretty simple to put together, think I might try some 👍😋
ОтветитьKeto has saved my life!!!
ОтветитьI love these recipes, quick and easy and they look so tasty, thanks!
ОтветитьGood recipes, but be careful! Dried tomato, any kind of dried stuff, is definitely not keto! These are unfortunately full of carbs/sugar! Lean meats like chicken are also unideal in keto, because they will be easily turned into glucose in some cases. I'd also like to highlight, that high quality ingredients are even more important during keto, because animals (such as humans) store toxin overheads in body fat, which we mainly consume during keto. Ketosis puts a higher pressure on the liver, thus it can be even more overwhelming to deal with toxins during this period. That's why alcohol is forbidden during keto, by the way.
ОтветитьHave you ever released a book on one pan keto recipes
ОтветитьHvala na predivnim receptima❤.
ОтветитьIt would be nice to know the carb count on these dishes. Especially because cabbage is high in carbs, looks great but ?
ОтветитьI've lost nothing 😢 what am I doing wrong
ОтветитьDried tomatoes have around 15% carbs. If you use a cup, you'll have about 37g carbs. That's not keto.
ОтветитьA whole lot of butter
ОтветитьHave always loved your channel since 2018! No long-winded stuff, just plain facts and great looking meals!
Ответить2 days into ketosis paired with intermittent fasting n I lost 5 pounds 😭🤓
ОтветитьI guess we are too stupid to make our own recipes... food porn as click bait. And your advertisers promote processed food. Modified for long term storage. This is where health issues grew at a horrid rate.
ОтветитьI just don’t understand how this can be healthy to eat over a sustained period.
Ответитьthis is the best cooking video I've seen. Great job! I'm going to memorize it
ОтветитьSesame oil? 😢
