I'm in a very fortunate situation also, I have a 100 acre creekside property that I can go shoot anything any time.
ОтветитьFor home defense where your shots will be within 20 yds, I like a 20 gauge pump with double aught buck either in 2 and 3/4 or 3inch shells.
ОтветитьOptics: Don't forget about your age and vision issues. Purchased an LPVO instead of a 3x or 5x magnifier and a red dot
ОтветитьI have a number if lowers never opened!
Any suggestions on a new build?
Am thinking I would like super light super simple reliable as can get!
Please suggestions
I've got an Aero build that's got 2300 into it so far my lower has all Geissele internals and my upper is all Faxon internals
ОтветитьGuys, circle the wagons . get to the point

I bought a S&W M&P Sport II in 2016 for $699, put a carry handle/rear sight on it, put a sling on it, got a dozen 40 round P-Mags, 1000 rounds of ammo, total cost, about $1200. I got my training in the military back in the late '70s/early '80s, and I go shooting out in the AZ desert. Don't need no range where I live. I'm about to buy a new H&R M16A1 replica AR-15. It doesn't need anything other than maybe a sling. Oh, and if you live where it's legal, get some 40 round magazines.
ОтветитьWhat happened to alek
ОтветитьPlus the AR is supposed to be fixed like a dog 😂
ОтветитьNew york no rapid fire at the range its wack . Not even worth shooting unless your sighting in an optic. I pretty much only shoot pistols at the indoor range
ОтветитьHow would I know that I have the proper headspace? Or how would I know that it’s sit correctly
ОтветитьThat other guy is not ready for the internet
Ответить1. They make AKs 😏
That’s all folks….
I missed your TV wife .
Ответитьlol gun channels are the best
Ответитьjust buy an aero for 1K and have no regrets
ОтветитьAdderall amirite
ОтветитьHave multiple mags pre-loaded with identifiable ammo. Some green tip, some 70-ish grain... OTM 77gr or similar. Maybe a mag or two of 55gr ball. Kinda hard to have too many pre-loaded mags.
ОтветитьIf you live in Chicago... leave.
ОтветитьTreat uppers as complete units. Check headspacing - or have it checked, and keep BCG's matched up with uppers. The more 'complete' the uppers are, the faster you can change between them, and in theory, you have more spares if needed. It's no fun to do a quick upper change only to remember afterward that you borrowed the charging handle for that other build.
ОтветитьNow all a person needs is a place to shoot
ОтветитьDoes the ACOG on that setup co witness with the fixed front sight and how does that work out with magnification? I was using a riser to get over the fixed front sight so that I could see the BDC clearly. The riser is less than ideal for cheek weld though. In the end, I switched to a Leupold Freedom RDS to eliminate the issue.
Ответитьa range close to me with a gunshop and amazing pork bbq restaraunt attached all together burnt down recently and they havent built the range back sadly. Place was heaven going to shoot, brows some guns, then get an amazing dinner all at the same place. Restaraunt and gunstore still open though. Im guessing someone used green tip as it was an indoor range.
ОтветитьI seriously can not justify spending thousands on a mill spec weapon that i can build forless than a thousand and it functions just as well..
ОтветитьYou should take a look at some Fortis uppers and lowers for us not to many guys look at their stuff
ОтветитьMine is essentially an all Aero precision build. Aero lower, BCG, FCG, lower kit, not sure who made the upper/barrel shroud as it came together. Ballistic advantage barrel (technically aero precision as well). 800 bucks. Then a little under 400 for my sig tango Msr 1-6. Made my own sling from paracord and some wally world swivel clips for about 10 bucks total
Ответить"I didn't lose anything in a boating accident. Go screw yourself." -Clint
Excellent apparel idea
Is Kaya a full-time employee now?
ОтветитьA think a 3x flip up magnifier is the perfect set up with a red dot up front on ARs and AKs just my perfect setup for me in my oppinion. It's good to have that Xtra magnification if needed even for identifying targets.
ОтветитьWould love to see some reviews and collabs with zaviar firearms. They seem to have some affordable cool products
Ответить1. Know your gun and limitations
2. Invest in ammo and training
Clint’s got the trex arms special acog setup
ОтветитьCredova sucks ass. You end up paying almost double the price of the original item if you don't pay it off early. And if you do pay it off early, you'll still pay a fair amount over the original price.
ОтветитьGreat video! necessary information for new builders but….. shhhh your selling guns and parts don’t share too much common sense.
ОтветитьLove the little jabs at the ATF I also never lost anything in a boating accident never been in a boating accident so be men train know your equipment and don't give up a single right God given or just simply being born in this country no one has the ability to tell you how you can defend yourself or with what you are allowed to use to defend yourself with not just in this country but any country fight for your life liberty and pursuit of happiness don't give an inch because they will take a mile
Ответить1. Buy as many as you can because the government doesn’t want you to own them.
2. Train
Saying "plexiglass" is like saying "wood". Balsa and oak are very different. There are easily 100 different grades of acrylic (Plexiglass) and another hundred grades of polycarbonate (Lexan). And they all look and feel alike, but can have a hundred-fold difference in resistance to bullets.
ОтветитьSurprised you didn't mention that headspacing affects accuracy.
ОтветитьIf you buy "extra" parts they "somehow" turn into more AR-15 rifles.
ОтветитьWhich end goes toward the target?
ОтветитьI keep Speer gold dot and federal fusion bonded soft points in my ar15s for home defense!
ОтветитьMan I love that setup, sweet ass gun, got that new Surefire on there already! I haven’t even seen them available til the other day midwayusa finally had them in
ОтветитьJust wondering I been really looking into a affordable yet not too "cheap" Ar15 an came across Black Rain Ordnance fission "bro 15" wondering how you guys rate this AR. For me it's between the Sig Sauer M400 Snakebite just don't like it doesn't have picatinny rail at end of Mloc barrel. The Black Rain Fission Does so just wanted your guys input on it to help me decide. There both at a perfect price range at today's market and being available at a gunshop close to my house.
ОтветитьClint & Kaya
or is it
Kaya & Clint?
Stuck 556 case. Keep 1/8 inch stainless steel welding rod for TIG welding in your case. Should your case stick in the chamber you slide the rod down the barrel and tap it it'll knock the case. Or use a cleaning rod
