We noticed a lot of people asking for Spanish subtitles, so we've gone ahead and added them! Enjoy! (Spanish speakers: feel free to comment if the subtitles are accurate or not. If the translation worked well, I may add these to all our videos!)

Nice work guys
This video is a love letter to the chilean wine
Ответитьgood production like always!
ОтветитьThe Montes vineyard was first wine tasting I ever had. We were upstairs with all of the guest wine tasters. My son, who is a somme, got us into the wine cellar and in a special glass wall room and we did additional tastings. We tasted while looking over the barrels aging and enjoyed the chanting. I am not a wine person, but whenever I want a special steak dinner, I always want the Purple Angel as the dinner wine. Colchagua Valley is a beautiful slice of the world. Probably visited 6 or 7 vineyards. If you are a wine lover, you have to go there.
ОтветитьWhat's the name of the bar you ended at during the barrio Italia food crawl please?
ОтветитьAmazing views of my country Chile 🇨🇱…you really embrace our wine culture …well done 😊
ОтветитьTop notch quality content, thanks for delivering such a beautiful yet fair depiction of our country and wine. Greetings from a Chilean expat in Australia. I’m particularly nostalgic these days since it’s our national holiday week (yes, week, no just one day), so I’ve been craving Chilean food, asados every day with family and friends. But specially wine. Here I haven’t drink any Chilean wine during these months. Kudos to you and your team.

ОтветитьPisco, Peruvian pisco and chilean pisco are actually different spirits, as the way it´s made it's different. Also the grape in them are different. And the aging process too. Peruvian pisco is usually made with Quebranta grape, while Chilean is usually Moscatel. Also, Peruvian pisco likes to be transparent and once distilled, so that gives them a more fruity citric flavor as Chilean pisco is twice distilled and aged in oak barrels so it got a sweet woody taste. Peruvian pisco sour is made with the Peruvian pisco, lime juice, egg white and angostura. Chilean pisco sour is made with Chilean pisco, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. In most aspects they are different drinks. That´s why in Chile, the piscola (pisco and coke) is a more common pisco drink as the sweetness of chilean pisco goes well with the effervescence and sweetness of coke.
ОтветитьFantastic job, amazing episode
ОтветитьThis video shows, in a way, how and why we Chileans are different from the stereotype that the rest of the world has of Latin America.
Ответить❤🇨🇱
