How to use Envato Elements License

Answer if you are sure only please. I have Envato. So I made a video for a client, 1) do I hold the rights to the content as well as the client? and 2) if so, do I register the project as the business name. and 3)do I give my client the same copy of the license download? its music license by the way

Such licenses like transition packs, different animations etc can't be copyrighted by law. Any creative video effect/presets cannot be copyrighted because a single effect can be made using many techniques inside of Adobe Premiere Pro and furthermore nobody can claim a certain effect because they are techniques/skills rather than intellectual property and nobody can claim sole right on any technique.

Hi thanks for the information, using any Envato video after the subscription ends is not allowed, but if we use any template of FCP downloaded from Envato after the subscription ends, does the channel get "Copyright Claim".

Can you add a license during the 7 day free trial and then just use whatever template forever on for example a website? Just taking advantage of the trial

First of all, your video answered my questions. But I still have one question. Can I customize an end product for a client with using a template from Envato? For example a logo animation or something like that. Do I have to tell my client that the end product was customized with a template?

I’ve downloaded title templates from a Envato and cannot get them to show up in davinci resolve. Do you have any suggestions I’m on a Mac.

You did answer a question I was wondering, so thank you for that. I’m still trying to figure out what the easiest way is to add Envato elements to the newest version of DaVinci on a PC. The only thing I’ve currently done is download images and videos. It would be nice to improve my videos with all the other options that Envato offers for DaVinci but I’m not sure how to do that.
