Automatic Mask Tracking in Premiere

If the auto-tracking is stopping after every couple frames, click the spanner icon and deselect "Preview". That'll stop rendering a live preview but trust it to work. You can tweak from there and not waste hours trying to reset.

Sir, I tried as has been demonstrated but automatic mask tracking is not working in my case. Though after the dialogue box "Tacking" appears and a white line showing the automatic tracking has been done, but when I play back, the mast does not move according to the movement of the subject. Kindly help me.

How do you track a spot on a black helmet which has a large scratch on it. Ive been trying to track it with track masks but it never follows it. I tried using nulls, didn't work. Idk... shit dont work for me.

I just spent a day and a half going frame by frame.. I was 50% done and said no more.. I don't know why I didn't look up the tracking feature sooner. My computer is doing the calculations now... we'll see how good it does!
