ОтветитьThis made me cry. Throughout my depression I always saw myself "black" and beyond repair. I would often say sorry to that version of me and cry. Those were the days that rising became a tedious task. Now, at the present moment being the observer of me; made me see things on a different perspective. I saw a version of me that is strong and it made me think on how I truly didn't want to give up on myself that's why I was continuously sorry before.
Throughout my spiritual journey I learned to be thankful for such experiences and still feel the extreme gratitude to myself for being strong. Plus I also understood that indeed, I am not alone. Thank you for this.
