Not having a flip screen? Are you 13? I dont think this video is for anyone who loves taking pictures.
ОтветитьThe photos are horrid
ОтветитьGreat photographs throughout, and excellent, engaging review, thanks.
ОтветитьOver priced novelty!
ОтветитьIsn’t the same as a phone camera? Honestly, I don’t get why is so popular this overpriced point and shoot…
Ответитьautonomy sucks
ОтветитьI get 300-500+ shots per battery. You just need to turn the camera off in between shots. Keeping it on drains the battery because the sensor motors draw a lot of power to keep it aligned. When the camera is off, you can hear the sensor knock around if you shake the camera.
ОтветитьI’m very pleased with my Ricoh GRiiix but frustrated by the Highlight Weighted metering mode. Compared to my other (full frame) camera, the default setting comes out far too dark, so I end up using Exposure Compensation to adjust and still maintain the Highlights….in practice I’m now finding it easier just to use the EP button. Can the default Highlight Weighted metering mode be adjusted?….I’ve not found an option for that. Any advice would be appreciated please - Thanks
ОтветитьGlade that it has USBC charging.
ОтветитьLovely Chicago ❤❤❤
ОтветитьTime Stamps 😢
ОтветитьCool camera, really really stupid price.
ОтветитьOopss, $1000 camera need a lot more offer I think. I'd rather use my phone camera
ОтветитьJust use you Phone? I feel like your underselling the aps-c sensor in such a small camera. I don't think you can compare a 1/2.3 or even a 1" to an aps-c in terms of quality.
ОтветитьGive it as a Gift to Grandmother 😂 . lots of money for that Little toy
ОтветитьAmazing camera in a small size! The best
ОтветитьYeah they should create another model with tilty flippy screen ,for low angle shots, thats why I still use fuji for that purpose 😅 also the main issue is the price its so expensive compared to other cameras 😅
ОтветитьGreat video! Were you able to buy in chicago?
ОтветитьLove it quality
ОтветитьHello Pierre! Congratulations on the video, very interesting. I want to ask you, so the presets that you show us in the video that scroll from left to right on your shots, can we find them and apply them directly from the camera after shooting?
ОтветитьIt is all about presets, not photos :)
ОтветитьThe GR III is the smallest camera with APS-C image quality. It is uncompromisingly designed for this (fixed screen, no viewfinder, small battery, fixed focal length). You can always have it with you in your pants or jacket pocket. I like that. My GR III has a quirk in colder temperatures of not saving photos taken after it's turned on. After a warm-up period, it then works without error. I suspect the design heat dissipation from the inside to the outside is also a cold introduction from the outside to the inside.
ОтветитьIt's 2023 - if you haven't heard about the GR cameras by now you've been living under a rock.
ОтветитьHave had many cameras over the years and the Leica M2 and Ricoh GRII are my favorites of all time. Haven't shot in a few years, might nee to invest in the GRIII.
ОтветитьAre the using presets build in the camera ?
ОтветитьIf it was about half to 3/4 of its current price I’d probably own this camera. Hard to justify at the current price point.
ОтветитьThis small Monster is Something Special.
i Have 4 Batteries and I'm happy
its not eye-catching I'm happy
its so small im happy
the pic quality is super im Super Happy
the press is ok
Too expensive for what the camera offers. The demand for this type of compact cameras are low, and the price should reflect that.
ОтветитьFor me its all about having a dedicated camera on you at all times, which this provides. A pocketable 24MP camera. What stops me from everyday shooting is having to haul around my MUCH more expensive and weighty full frame Sony camera + lenses. The setbacks of poor battery and no flip out screen make this camera investment still worth it for the ability to keep sharp as a photographer by getting shots in on the daily.
ОтветитьLove my Fuji but this looks like a great little camera. Would be amazing if they'd do a monochrome version (I can't afford a Leica Q2 Monochrom, alas).
ОтветитьThat Chicago film simulation was dope. Loved it. I have a Sony a7iv but I don’t have the skills to edit those pics to that standard. I can see myself using this camera very often. Plus it’s easy to carry and hike.
ОтветитьThis camera could produce very nice photos, but pay that price for a camera that doesn't have a flip screen, a viewfinder and the video is just crap makes no sense to me. To have a pocketable size camera I'd rather buy a Sony ZV-1 or ZV-1 II, it's cheaper, take nice photos, you have decent video, autofocus and a flip screen
ОтветитьThe best camera is the one you have with you.
ОтветитьI love that orange ring…. 😅
ОтветитьI use a Ricoh GR digital camera from 2005 for black and white and a Canon Ixus 100 s for colour.
I get them printed at a local shop. 7x5 with border. Instant for 60 pence each.
A 24MP sensor is NOT a small sensor, come on 😂 the GR I and II benefit from the smaller sensor bc it has amazing depth of field even wide open
ОтветитьHi! May I know where did you get the presets? Thanks.
ОтветитьThe boot time of gr3 is only 0.8 seconds. When you turn off the camera immediately after taking a picture, battery problems will be alleviated. Don't leave the camera on for a long time when you are not taking pictures. Turn it on when you need to take pictures, don't worry about missing any pictures because of shutdown, 0.8 seconds will not let you miss anything
ОтветитьRICOH n'a toujours pas annoncé un successeur à cet excellent petit boîtier. Espérons qu'il aura une descendance.
ОтветитьBattery freezing? Don’t use a third party battery
ОтветитьDon’t complain about this great camera
ОтветитьI have em both and was expecting less. So i am very very impressed. The camera is very fast and the ibis works super good. 1/40th vs 1/125th on my x100 for sharp photos also means a lower ISO for the ricoh . I bought the griiiX first and its tight in some situations (noticeably tighter than the 35mm x100) and no flash has forced me to take pictures with a different approach
ОтветитьThe camera software is insidious. If you other photos on your SD card, it corrupt and delete everything.
Ответитьno flash? useless. stick with the 2
ОтветитьMy EDC camera is a Sony RX100M7 with 24-200mm f2.8. I love it.
ОтветитьIt takes 5 seconds to change battery and the extra batteries weighs almost nothing
ОтветитьI solve a problem with poor battery life. I bought an external charger and use it with power bank. I use one battery and keep second in my jacket pocket inside of the charger. With a small pawerbank like 5000mAh you're able to be all day on the street. With a short cable it doesn't take too much space in the pocket.
ОтветитьI’d buy the camera off you. 😂
