Watch closely. Very limited bees were killed.. They were shoved away using smoke with special leaves to keep the smoke in abundance. I have my own experience collecting honey. The leader uses.. Palm oil EFB. The leaves surrounding the smoke is to protect the climber with direct contact with the heat. Very few bees were killed. They cut only the section with honey.. The top portion fill with eggs n nymphs n were preserved. The bees will quickly rebuild the nest in no time. The colony is preserved.
