ОтветитьDay 1: What a burn! Obviously no visible difference after one 10 minute session but FEELING GOOD!
Day 2: Ever so slightly less burn. Looking a little bit thinner to be honest and a teensy weensy bit more toned.
Day 3: Easier! No visible change but feels great.
I love how descriptive you are with little things like keeping your back pressed in and the alternate workouts for people with limitations . Precision of words are essential when working out and you’ve definitely helped me maximize my workouts. Thank you! 🙏
