Thank you so much for this video. I was having lower back pain and pressure on my pelvis and felt that there was nothing that could be done about it. These stretches actually helped with my pain. But maybe doing them right after having spicy ramen is not a good idea. Oh the heartburn! >.<

Greetings Bridget💛☀️ Would you happen to have any videos on DISengaging baby/stalling delivery?
A momma just reached 5 months of pregnancy, but docs say the baby is already low and are looking out for early arrival; any exercises or positions u recommend, herbs?
Also, mom is vomiting daily since the start of pregnancy.

Not a fan of the stigma that if your baby is in the wrong position then it’s because you laid down or sat too much, or something is wrong with your body. I don’t like being blamed for something I had no control in. There’s literally no proof that lazy moms have breech babies but that’s basically what you’re saying in your intro.

It would've been a positive birth story to tell if i wouldn't have lost my daughter to sudden death 😔.
I think i will Inshallah come back here for my next pregnancies. Hoping for the best🤞. Best of luck mamas, watch all her videos and make your experience better.

1. Posture: Sitting up straight like you have a balloon coming out of your head, pulling you up. Head over heart over hips. Feet flat and knees 90 degrees.
2. Leaning forward: knees on the ground and leading with head and arms on birth ball
3. Forward leaning inversion: similar to above, but arms on ground and knees and legs on couch. Belly is pulled into spine, back is straight. Head is not supporting body weight on ground. Throbbing in head normal first few times. Stop if painful. Start at 30weeks once a day.
4. The hole: lay on back with feet flat and pulled in a bit. Lay one ankle over opposite knee and gently pull on thigh of supporting leg to stretch. Once/day or 2-3x per week

Can it be a problem if we do these excersises when we have a ROT baby position or can we still do them so the baby turns into the anterior position?
Or is the ROT position already good for labour?
