I think in this video japanese people wanted to speak english because you didn't sound "that convincing" yet. In your new videos you sound so convincing that people just respond because they are sure you can understand, not only say few words. Your chinese here is already amazing so chinese people just talk back in chinese I guess

ОтветитьI bought a loaf of bread in a corner shop in a suburb in a 'nowhere' town in New York State in USA . My northern English accent made the shop assistant's eyes pop out of her head. Great fun to be so exotic!
ОтветитьThankyou Great Lady.👍
ОтветитьI've been in Japan for a long time, and we have different problems. Your Japanese sounds better than mine but you have a strong foreign accent. My accent is the same as theirs so they think I'm Japanese until they turn and look. Then, suddenly, they don't understand. They tend to change the meaning of what foreigners say into what they think a foreigner meant by it, and respond to that. So, a lot of times, you think you've made a mistake, but you haven't.
ОтветитьSo incredibly helpful! Thank you for taking the time to produce this for us!
ОтветитьOctopus are sentient they can think, Sad they eat them dead and alive.
ОтветитьTokyo is way better than almost all USA cities
ОтветитьWhen I was in Takayama, the hotel clerks there were pleasantly surprised that I could speak Japanese.
ОтветитьWe were in Japan not too long ago, for a vacation. One day we went to a little resturant for dinner, in the family I'm the only one who can eat with chopsticks. The elderly Japanese couple really loved it and kept staring at me, when i noticed and stopped eating they gestured me to continue. The cutest part was that when they left they even waved a good bye! I still hold this memory very dear to me.
ОтветитьIn my opinion, most Japan cities are much safer than New York < Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington DC
ОтветитьI'd buy a Nissan Skyline and try to ship it to the United States somehow.
ОтветитьWhat s beautiful person
ОтветитьWhat apps will you recommend if i want to learn Chinese?
ОтветитьThe speaking Chinese got the 😨
ОтветитьPretty toes
ОтветитьJust curious what is it like for Asian (non Japanese) tourist. I'm American (ethnic Chinese, basically I look Asian, but raised in America). I'd have the same problem with the Japanese language but won't be perceived as foreign....just bad language skills.
ОтветитьThe Japanese are very careful not to embarrass others. It would be considered rude to show surprise or disbelief as it might make someone uncomfortable.
ОтветитьIts amazing how you are willing to open up and speak up too. Things like praising strangers for their clothing sense, striking up conversations. All these may seem simple when you know the language but having the courage and willingness to initiate a conversation is really tough and hard to do so kudos to you for showing us all these content through your videos!!!
ОтветитьThis is the 5th video of yours I have seen. What is your point. Damn I think there are more Caucasian Americans living in other countries than in America. The way things are going I may have to learn Spanish just to live in America. But I am not leaving. Waiting for civil war to start. You are a narcissist.
ОтветитьI spent a week in Kamakura and to my surprise many Japanese spoke English
ОтветитьYou are amaxing
ОтветитьRegardless of the language spoken vs ethnicity, when someone walks down the street recording video and talking people will look. It takes a moment to determine if someone is just crazy and talking to an imaginary voice or to their phone. It’s also annoying when you are eating when someone is recording you as a source of entertainment to share online. Most of these reacts seem to reflect more the rudeness of publicly recording others without permission that shock at her thick Japanese accent.
ОтветитьI mean, to be fair.. you're walking around with a camera in people's faces, that probably also plays into the reasons for why people are turning their heads and looking at you
(and what you're doing) :D
No offense, just being realistic.
it really amazes me that you could build up a very successful channel that's only USP is: a white girl who speaks chinese and japanese.
but if I think it over this is still much more valueable than one could find at many ver popular and profitable tik tok channels
bro, that couple would look at you cuz you are speaking loud and contacting close to them and your phone is recording them.
ОтветитьI feel like the more you move outside the big cities, the more the people are surprised, but also the more the rural friendliness comes out.
ОтветитьIS IT TRUE THE WHOLE JAPAN IS XPOSE TO NUCLEAR RADIATION?
ОтветитьThis is a good video, living in a rural or suburbs area is quiet, it's more peaceful than in the city...... ✌️😄
ОтветитьJapan is great but their laws are interesting..... (No offense)
ОтветитьI've had that experience with a rural restaurant- all the staff came and sat with us, and even tried giving us our order on the house. Some of the older guys wanted to practice their English on us. I don't think I've ever laughed so much.
ОтветитьThese videos are really fun to watch. Thank you.
ОтветитьThe cicadas remind of the Midwest in the US! So far from home, but the same ambience!
ОтветитьDutlniv tioogattlyg
ОтветитьBruh isnt "Oriental" some outdated European blanket racist term to describe all asians...thats not a question its a statement. Cause that's what it is.
ОтветитьWaaaaah ! The food looked so yummy and comforting! I'd love to visit Japan one day...
ОтветитьI hate how I keep learning but I'm still not fluent in Japanese 😞😓😩😤😡😠
ОтветитьI want to learn Japanese ☺️
ОтветитьI watched when she pick Seo to ride rickshaw.
Ответить'You wouldn't find English signs and English speakers'? It's Nihon my dear not England
ОтветитьSuch a pure hearted beauty
ОтветитьYour English accent is somewhat Japanese sounding at times.
ОтветитьDo Japanese that see foreigners speak fluent Japanese think the foreigners are weaboo’s?
