Sleep. What? I worked with a beekeeper. They are in full productive, busy-bee mode here. Bees are the workaholics of nature. When we opened hives we heard the sound you hear because they went into full alert. This is the sound of hyper-activity not rest...get cricket sounds for rest.

I got to work with a beekeeper some years ago. Amazing creatures. They work tirelessly, flying to harvest nectar and transferrin pollen, create beeswax, honey and are really the most important single creature that keeps the wheel of life turning on earth...worth meditating on!

I was camping once. In the morning while having coffee, a queen bee, big and fat, took a hovering position opposite me, straight at my face...i moved left, she moved right. I moved down, she moved up, i moved toward, she moved away... And this went on for about one minute... She was playing a little game, having some early morning fun... Then she got bored i guess and flew away... It was very interesting and i felt that she was very much self aware... Very much intelligent. The bees' knees.

I suffer from PTSD. I was just watching a documentary on how PTSD patients are being treated with sounds produced by bees. So I will try it and see if it will help my anxiety.

É com humildade que abandono agora minhas expectativas, porque sei que meu poder é ilusório. A força que guia a minha vida vem de um lugar único e maravilhoso muito acima do meu controle. Guiado por essa força, jamais desistirei daquilo em que realmente acredito, da minha missão de levar luz ao mundo e aos que me cercam. Amém!
