Yeah I looked like this after I had my daughter. Skinny. Then I began to breastfeed and the pounds began to pile on…. Now it’s been 3 years…finally stopped breastfeeding and I hope to see some weight fall off

You look amazing xo I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism yesterday so I’ve been really bummed out since then. My symptoms are really bad right now down to the joint pain and total body / facial swelling, yellowing, headache, weight gain etc. I’m cutting out all my synthetic protein powders and supplements for now and might reintroduce later on once the TSH T4 numbers become regulated.

What are you even talking about?

You must be aware that you look 10x better then most of the population even 8 weeks post .

Your baby will only be a baby for a short period of time you have forever to tone your body (which clearly won’t take long you don’t even look like you had a baby)

You look amazing and good for you for documenting this even though it may feel uncomfortable I have been there and still am a bit but like you said ! It’s about nourishing your body! We just created a little human and that right there is amazing! Our bodies are amazing! You look so good mama! 🥰
