Mollie, thank you so much for sharing your journey and resources. I've been trying to listen to people talk about yoga to get a better understanding of the practice and motivate myself as I am very new to the yoga world. Sending love from Texas!

Hi, thank you very much for your 2 videos. Thzbfirdt one gave me the energy tonstart doing again yoga. I'm 52 and not very good with all the postures....thus vidéo gave me thé confidence that I can practica and get to do beautiful postures, feel better about me. Vert useful your 2 videos, thanks again
ОтветитьI'm happy to find new yoga teachers!!! Personally, I started with Jessica Richburg. I love her way of sharing so much, and she's taught me a lot. (:
ОтветитьTotally phony. Real yoga is all about the Hindu religion taught by Hindus. Divorcing yoga from Hinduism is dishonest and cruel.
Ответитьthank you so much for sharing!
ОтветитьThanks you.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing! I love your videos too 💚 boho yoga is my favorite too and kino is great but I didn’t know about the last 2
ОтветитьFor me my favorite is " Yoga with Kassandra "
ОтветитьJust want to throw Chole Chance yoga in the mix. The perfect mix of rejuvenating and challenging yoga. Also the things she says while she practices just help me cope with life. Hope this helps someone.
ОтветитьHey... starting it today after watching your 12 month journey don't know whether I'll be correct shape in terms of look ....but ya Hoping for strength...so just thank you for your channel vedio 🤗
ОтветитьI saw this video a few months ago and went straight to boho beautiful. I've been doing their beginner stuff since then and I'm seeing some progression (from a very poor starting point!). What I find hardest about boho beautiful and other channels is that there is so much content and so many flows out there, it's difficult to navigate. For example, I can competently do a couple of beginner videos on BB, but then I try one of their intermediate videos and it's very far from where I am. Whilst it's obviously all free content and so it's very much appreciated, the lack of structure to the learning makes it difficult for me to move forward. Did you feel that was an issue when you went through the learning process or did your initial online course give you a better platform for progression?
I'd rather get a bit more out of my practice, gain a better understanding of the subject and work out where I want to go before going down the face to face teacher approach.
I appreciate this video so much!! I’ve been doing yoga for a over a year but fell out the past few months since I felt I wasn’t furthering my practice anymore & it was overwhelming trying to find more advance flows. So THANK YOU this has broke down so much information and I’m really excited to try these teachers out!
Ответитьmy favorite is @TimSenesi @Timyoga
ОтветитьKino is such a great rec!
It's exactly what I need now I'm more of an intermediate practicioner and have a hard time working towards advanced poses.
So thanks for the rec!
A yoga addict :)
I really love Kino. She is not just about the postures. She has a very spiritual side as well, and it’s all about the balance of the whole practice. Sometimes if I can’t sleep I will watch her super advanced videos where she is in the ruins somewhere in India. She is an inspiration. Love your beautiful self. Thanks for sharing. Namaste 🙏
ОтветитьI totally recommend the bare female as well, my all time favourite, she is very soft and loving, I started yoga to have some more self care and self love time and she definitely incorporates it, helps bring out some blocked emotions,....
ОтветитьKino Yoga 100% 🔥🔥🔥
Ответитьyoga with tim is also amazing!!!!
ОтветитьI love that you enjoy challenging yourself with more advanced flows even though you wouldn’t consider yourself advanced! I have never thought of that. That is very smart. Thank you so much for the recommendations. I love all of these teachers but I do not practice consistently. It is helpful to know in what ways each teacher has uniquely helped you and what types of videos from them you watch specifically :) Thank you so much!
ОтветитьThank you for your recommandations and thank you for all of your videos 💛
ОтветитьThank you for these nice recommendations. I would also suggest (my favourite) Tana Yoga, she has lovely flows!!
ОтветитьHi mollie, thanks for your opinion 😊 I really appreciate recommendations of other video yoginis 😁 I'd add Marina alexeeva to my list
ОтветитьI love boho beautiful as well, thank you for the recommendations on the rest channels!
ОтветитьThank you for your recommendations. For the first time in my live I practice every single day and look forward to my morning flows since I got my first good yoga mat! At the moment I actually practice nearly every morning with boho beautiful. I just love their flows. Sometimes I also add in Mady Morisson (a German Yoga teacher) also I really like yoga with Tim, who has some nice build ups his sessions, if I need something more powerful. Tim's flows get powerful quite fast and he's also showing ways to build up muscles which I like but is sometimes a little too hard. I'll come back to him when I've build up my core again since I really enjoy his way of teaching too.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing, I find you so real, like I’m in a cafe with you! I’m paying attention! 🙏🏽💗
ОтветитьHave you ever tried any Nicole Wild classes? They're so challenging but she's an artist with flow
ОтветитьI will definitely try one of your recommendations! Greeting from Austria
ОтветитьHey Mollie! Found you through your "yoga every day" video: I found your hand balancing progress very impressive.
Do you have any specific channels or resources you would recommend to improve on the press and handstand?
I have been training for about 2 years now and have come a long way: I have a semi-consistent bent-leg press and a handstand of varying consistency.
But I think incorporating these elements into a guided flow might be beneficial.
Thank your for this video very good recommandations! If you dont mind i suggest you check out Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom, for me they are the best. Namaste! :)
Ответитьi pretty much only do fiji mcalpine yoga videos.
ОтветитьI was just waiting for you to say Kino.... She's the reason I started.... I love her... I stopped for a while but I'm going to start again and I'm going to try and doit every day
ОтветитьYes, i loved your yoga video. It really inspired me to do it myself!
ОтветитьThank you Mollie, this was so helpful!
ОтветитьMany thanks 💫🌊🌀🧚. I'm inspired by your sharing.
ОтветитьHi you should check out Nicole Wild's channel :) her classes are quite advanced and playful and really fun to follow!!
ОтветитьThank you so much for these recommendations. I've been meaning to restart my practice but I can't make any classes in person so I'll try these.
