I'm getting this on my galaxy note 20 ultra just today. I have an airtag along with a Samsung tag in my car with the speaker taken out in case my car gets stolen.

What better way to track you than for Big Tech "Google" to put it on your phone! They are the trackers!!!!! You want to turn it off!!!!!!!

I understand that this feature is intended to prevent the usage of SmartTag devices to (stalk) people.
Unfortunately, if I wanted to use a Samsung Smart Tag 2 in my vehicle - so that if it gets stolen, I can track where it is - the (theives) are going to be notified immediately that there is a tracker in the vehicle !!!!
The will search for it, remove it, and continue stealing my vehicle.
I know that nobody wants to be stalked, but is there another solution that can be used to track a stolen vehicle ?

pixel fold, already opt out beta. google clean and install update but it is not the latest dec2023 update. its only UP1A.231105.003 (Android 14 update). why is like that. thought it supposed to update to the latest stable update (Dec2023) update

I've been using AirGuard. It works so good, I picked up someone's tag on the other side of the interstate which was 4 lanes and a 30-40 yard median. 🤟
