Vancouver city council aims to get rid of park board, publishes draft 2025 budget

It was a busy week at Vancouver's city hall. Council strengthened its argument for eliminating the elected park board and published its draft 2025 budget, in which it calls for a 5.5 per cent property tax increase. Chad Pawson has been following the updates.
