ОтветитьThank you. I will continue to do this every week.
ОтветитьWhere do you get those wheelchair belts from please?
ОтветитьI do it most of the days. Amazing and thanks so much!
ОтветитьThank you so much. I'm not a wheelchair user, but I am disabled from autoimmune and chronic pain. I've had trouble finding yoga videos that would work for my body, and this is it! It even relaxed me so much, I almost fell asleep near the end, hehe. Also, your voice is very soothing. Some instructors can be a bit too much and make it hard for me to be mindful during yoga, but you were great. I can't wait to watch part 2 tomorrow.
ОтветитьThis is perfect for me.. I haven’t done anything in a year and needed to be motivated!
I found the neck and some of the arm ones very limiting as I have fibromyalgia as well as my sci. I found pain and hypersensitivity in some of this was too much so just did what I could. I’ll definitely do this on a regular basis and build up slowly. Many thanks.
really appreciate your instruction, this was helpful and informative!
ОтветитьAmazing sequence and alignment tips, I'm studying wheelchair yoga as I'll start teaching my sister and this video was really really helpful, thanks for sharing :)
ОтветитьBrilliant! Thank you
ОтветитьLove me some Nina!
ОтветитьI did it even though I am not in a wheelchair.
ОтветитьIm disabled absence of right arm upoer limb... Can u help me
ОтветитьWow... Thank you for this amazing sequence of micro-movements for neck, spine, shoulders, arms, wrists, fingers, triceps, chest. With this increased time in front of my laptop and on my chair/exercise ball used as chair, my upper body/spine really needed this. Also, your calming voice as you are explaining the movements and their functionality is super soothing. I sent the link to this sequence to all of my 250+ college students taking my online classes so they too can take care of their upper bodies & spine. Later tonight, I will also invite my 11 year-old son and my husband to do this sequence since we have been all in front of our laptops a little too much lately and can't even go out on walks because of the wildfires here in California affecting our air quality. Once again, thank you, Nina!!! 💗🤩 I feel super energized for another long day in front of my laptop! 💗🥰
ОтветитьAbsolutely lovely video. Thank you
ОтветитьPlease make more of your videos I mean it would share from a show they are really really help me out so far of guns the 3 lessons but I can't find any more of you so please please continue to make some
ОтветитьI love that practice! Thanks for your work! :-)
ОтветитьNot sure how I found this, I had been looking at & using NHS 3 minute seated exercises for offices, maybe followed on from that. I’m not a wheelchair user, but have limited mobility, fatigue & pain. Finding it tough that my going out & about now stopped due to 12 weeks “shielding” Covid-19. Thought I’d give this a try (I hate exercise as such😭) & it’s better than I thought😀 Need to keep stiffness & pain at bay, thank you for doing this.
ОтветитьI think you have just given me something to 'give a go' during self-isolation. I have intended to find something like this for a long time. Many thanks
ОтветитьMy husband and I watch this video every day. Thank you very much.
ОтветитьGreat video, great job! It is very interesting and useful, I hope you will share other videos on yoga for paraplegic people even some exercise outside the wheelchair would be very useful!
She has an excellent balance, what is the level of your injury?
Stay healthy, thank you!
