more reasons i hate it: the animation is practically ruined! i literally cant fucking sit through without straining my eyes because i see blurry dots in spots due to the smear and blur frames being all that interpolation adds! burn in hell anime interpolated

60fps "upgrades" are a bloody nightmare and a disgrace to everyone that worked on the series, if they wanted it in 60+ whatever fps they'd make it at 60fps
and than the production fees would skyrocket because it's literally twice the work, twice the amount of keyframes, twice the amount of rendering
Fps junkies can stick to games leave animation alone , you have no idea the amount of work it takes to make a 30fps video, and the fps whores are sitting there "why cant my 3000$ graphics card give me max at 120" because its thousands of polys 4k textures at 1080 or 4k resolutions.
we had an example of this in the hobbit films in 2012, and it cost them 745 million vs return of the kings 94 million
