Two Homes Sold: Woodley Park and North Cleveland Park

Mr. Merrell worked with Keith and the MacDonald/Becker Team on the sale of two properties in NW DC, a detached home in N. Cleveland Park and a multi-family rowhome in Woodley Park. His father owned these properties but sadly passed during the process of selling, which meant that they needed to go through probate. We worked with Mr. Merrell and his counsel to help facilitate probate in DC in a timely fashion, and get the transactions executed in manner that was attractive to Mr. Merrell and the estate. We were grateful that we could assist his family during this time and we look forward to working with him on his VA properties as well.
