ОтветитьMy mom would make malida in just 5 mins...this is too much and very heavy also😁
It is better to use leftover chappatis for malida...put everything from soji to roti(break into small pieces) to gond to gud to ghee to malai in one single pan and keep stirring it for it to become homogenous...you are done...just in 1 tablespoon of ghee..

ОтветитьAssalamoAlaiqum! I watch your video from USA and you very explicitly explains in the most easiest way.
I am not so fond of cooking but Insha Allah I will try for it’s not very difficult to make. Sone of the recipes that I watched are simple to make that’s what I love. I hate too much long preparations procedures.
Jazak Allah for sharing these beautiful delicious recipes
We call it panjeeri somewhat like your dish. Our is a very lengthy process for that demotivating for me atleast but my cousin, she make such delicious Panjeeri and she lives in Pakistan. I love panjeeri. We get here in US but it’s not like the one made at my cousin’s house. That’s so mouth watering OMG

ОтветитьHello Ben, Assalamwalekum, thank you for sharing the recipe. I followed the exact steps but mine turned out a little chewy and hard...not the soft one that gets served at Masjid/markaz during jaman. Could you please guide why could that be possible and what can I change next time I make this ?
