How to clean up inactive user account profiles user folders Windows 10

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I unknowingly deleted users , when i right clicked on C drive and from there PROPERTIES, then under SECURITY, I found 5 users, from them 3 were having FULL ACCESS, so other remaining 2 users were having LIMITED ACCESS, so I deleted those 2 users..... And alongside my windows was updating and requted for restart..... So I clicked for RESTART PC.....


Then Blue screen of ERROR occurs... And then screen enters into Automatic Repair.... And still now stuck into it....😢😢😢😢😢😢
My important documents are in C drive... Can you suggest me something.....😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
