- Rome (Casino Royale) first, because let's face it, killing Marburg is so damn satisfying and also your romance with Madison is the "tragedy" that graduates your Thornton into an agent.
- Moscow (Quantum of Solace) - With some rep under your belt you can easily deal with the embassy moron who is your point of contact and SIE is more agreeable because Marburg is her ex. I still kill the crack head guy, great taste in music, lousy personality. Take his money and kill him.
Taipei (Skyfall) - is the grand finale, to stop an assassination of a head of state and the cloak and dagger with the SS guy and also it helps you get in good with Scarlett if that's your thing.
