What is RF? My analyzer requires it

I've been trying to find how to make the skeleton models full sized, and can't figure it out. The wiki says to place the biofuel (I did this), and then right click it with the proper bones. I have a tyrannasaurs biofuel model baby skeleton on the ground, but right clicking it with the bones makes it rotate (which is what happens normally). How do you add the bones and make it bigger?
