If my memory is correct, some models took walking lessons from Jay Alexander, who is a runway coach, along with being a drag performer. Hence the exaggerated walk. Karl Lagerfeld hand picked this model exclusively for Chanel. There was a buzz about Brandi in the fashion circles due to Lagerfelds intervention. Fast forward from the 90's to 2022, and Brandi Quinones, is still pumping it down the catwalk. A Latina beauty(commenting on a models look is such an oxymoron, that's what they're paid for among other things), who's work ethic is strong if being with 10 modeling agencies around the world is any indication.
