Uploading Images with Multer | NodeJS and ExpressJS

Fiquei com uma dúvida aq, imagina q depois eu quero fazer uma requisição pra essa api para acessar essa imagem, o melhor caso seria a api me enviar o nome da imagem e eu acessar uma url/nomeDaImagem, como q eu faria pra "expor" a pasta dessas imagens em uma URL?

Hi sir i followed your code, but it doesn’t work to my code, and their was error image “ failed to process please select an image” and I just already select the image and i was going to upload it. The error message pop up.
Can you help me fix the error of my code.?

I understand everything in that code very easily thanks for that. but one issue is that this code is accepting all types of files text images, etc. If I want to restrict that to only jpg and png files then what's the solution?

How would you add the file path + new file name to a field to req.body so you can pass it on to (for instance) a new user registration ... like a link to their avatar photo.
