Awerma is a very tasty food. I know it from my grandfather but I. Never tasted it

The pizza burned ND took a dark color for 2 reasons,
1- TROPPO zucchero nel impasta
2- la pizza non va messa in solo posto nel forno... dovrebbe girarla da un punto caldo ad altro.... sempre alternando... e mai a fuoco così alto... almeno che ha forzato il forno a scaldarsi....

sorry! Had to do that in Italain, this is my trade for over 40 years.
