The plunger is the very best removal method. It virtually eliminates the possibility of scratching the cornea during the removal process. The early corneal lenses were "loosely fit" and could easily be removed with a tug, but gas perms are more tightly fit and harder to remove.
ОтветитьHow did you remove the plunger tool after putting in the lens!!? It gets really stuck on to it... Would appreciate you sharing that as my son is having a little difficulty putting his hard lenses on and this tool could really help him. Thanks!!!
Ответитьsometimes when i remove hard lenses with this it gets a little stuck on the eye so when its out my eye gets red mostly because the lens is a bit dry when i was taking it out. putting it in, would the sucker get stuck on lenses? i might try putting lenses in with this but im afraid if it wont go out will lenses go out easy or not
ОтветитьCan one use it for soft lenses as well?
ОтветитьOH WOW ! This was soooo much eaiser ! I have had my lenses for 2 weeks now. Ive been sooo very frustrated on how to remove them. I saw this product on another users video,, bought it,,, watched urs tonight,, out in less than 2 mins ! Thanks soooo much !
ОтветитьGood video.
I've used this lens remover with my rigid gas permeable contacts for years.
But, I've always moved the contact to the edge of the eye (making sure the eye was well lubricated first), and then removed it. I always thought this was safer, rather than having the contact on the center of the eye and then using the remover.
