How can u have such high fat and same time enough protein to maintain or grow muscle. U can't because the amount of protein u need to maintain muscle will take you out of a low protein diet which will then not be a fat fast so how can u do this without losing muscle because you're saying we have to have low protein

People should stop talking about keto, it's not a diet anyone should adhere to without doctor supervision. Everybody should eat a balanced diet and that includes carbs. For me, the Agoge diet plan worked wonders, I no longer have visible cellulite and lost significant amounts of fat.

However I exercise more than once weekly, and also eat right. The results shown to me is fantastic. 1 garlic
1 large onion
1 tin kidney beans
1 tin spinach
2 tins peeled tomatoes
2 packs enoki mushrooms
1 pack Portobello mushrooms
1 medium cauliflower
1 large broccoli
beef soaked in wasabi.
Slow cook all the veg, and at the last minute, add the beef (I like it very rare). I pack this in Tupperware for the week. I have it for lunch and dinner (lunch with half dragon fruit and plain yogurt. Dinner I grate a little cheese over it).
How's this?
I still drink beer, but I'm learning to reduce it.
