Hello, I have a set of powerslide next skates and the boots have developed cracks at the rear of the boot. I have tried reaching out to your service email but I have received no response. Can you have someone get in contact with me.

I am using powerslide 125 mm swell they great but gosh they numb my soles and i dunno what to do...i have used argon never had that issue. Any tips?
