Xiaomi 14T Pro Review - BETTER Than My iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Hi all, thanks for watching! When I made this video we didn't know the price at all. My guess was 599 early bird price and 699 euros normal. I was quite wrong here... So I based my whole review off it being a lot cheaper... Do you think the price is justified or what is the ideal price?

At least in Sweden this is the same price as the Xiaomi 14 - 12/512. There is any reason you think someone should buy the T version?

I will continue to prefer the last brand and model that gives the charger in the box. We are tired of smart phone companies thinking that everyone is blind, stupid, and foolish; only they are smart. Please do not prefer arrogant and impudent brands anymore.

It's Overpriced with techs from last year such specs found in other phones such OnePlus, iqoo12 are way cheaper Xiaomi needs to rethinking of its prices before marketing it!

It's better they used 120 hz panel and reduce it to 8 gb ram and include the charger than this way😞

I don't know how this companies expects us to get charging bricks that will match these phones. A 120 watts charger is not that easily accessible and will be very costly.
Secondly to get reputable ones is a mess, why are they doing this. I sticked with Xiaomi because they kept the charger in the box now they are doing the same thing that's going to chase us away.

The charger is a deal breaker for me too plus some other software and hardware aspects. I'll wait a month maybe two, check for discounts constantly. I hope I'll be able to buy it for 500 EUR. I'm also looking at OnePlus 12, it's got a lot of similar specs. The only differences are: better battery (5400 mAh at 100W charging on OnePlus and 5000 mAh charging at 120W on Xiaomi, I don't mind the charging speed differences), the water resistance is IP65 on OnePlus and IP68 on Xiaomi (I don't really use my phone under water so I don't really mind if it's not IP68), these would be pretty much it. Might wait for OnePlus 13 leaks, if there isn't too much of a difference between OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 12, I'll just wait for the 12 to be cheaper and stick to it. So far, I'm leaning towards the OnePlus 12. There are things I like and don't like at Xiaomi and the things I like I can find on OnePlus too. Currently using a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, very disappointing performances, never going back to a Samsung.

Edit: OnePlus still includes a wall charger in their box, I hope they'll continue doing so. Please don't disappoint us, OnePlus!

Meh. SOlid phone but that price is a bit too high.

Just buy a used flagship with 1 inch camera sensor from last year or this year. There is lot's of Vivo x100 ultra or x7 ultra around this price range 600-900€ as a mint condition just couple of months old and has a 100w fast charger included.. Some phones like x90 pro +, s23 ultra or Oppo Find x6 pro would be found around 400-600€.

Vivo X200 pro mostly gonna be way better bargain

They can claim 14.000 nits real life it wont go that high. Might only be that in small areas of the screen. And also sadly no reviewers testing it the proper way more then say how many nits it has. Reviews should try it in sunlight and see how long it takes before the display goes dimming to useless.

2024 and people still whining about no charger. Accept the reality and move on or don't buy if you don't like. I have never used inbox charger since my 1st smart phone in 2008.

This is an epic move. I think it's high time samsung apple Google get some tough competition. Xiaomi has only been doing things right for a long time. It's time for a KO of the big dwags!

Thanks for review. I've been researching this recent release and previous releases all the way down to 9T Pro. As other's stated pricing is usually the deciding factor as they don't go on sale like US models. I was interested because I had a 8T Pro and loved the pop-up camera :D

I've stayed away since then because that's when they started injecting ads everywhere. I don't know how the bloadware, ads and extreme app killing is nowadays but I can only imagine they got much worse?

that's great- 7 years updates too- i don't usually get that on my Xiaomi phones? Runs iOS? (can get deeper integrated personalisation- i use android too). 3.5mm headphone socket? SD card slot? hmm
Great to have a choice but nope not better than the iPhone 16 series, Sony Xperia 1 vi, Pixel, Samsung ... depending on what you're after

I think Xiaomi are the exact opposite: they literally pack all the specs into the phone but the result is ugly and crap. (I have had Honor phones, OnePlus, even Huaewei earlier but never a Xiaomi)
