I don't normally think of swimming as pretty, but Corrina was so elegant and smooth swimming! All of these amazing women did such an incredible job!!!

The military across all branches should incorporate cross fitting as a serious way to train. All of the branches could learn a lot from crossfitters and be better prepared for battle.

In the deadlifts the 2nd military chick to go was kinda cheating...she wasn't locking her hips at the top

Kind of pessing me off the cross fitters are doing their reps faster while the military girls was going a little slower. They shouldn't have said whoever gets to a certain number faster because that dont show whos more fit at all, if anything the military girls was showing strength while the cross fitters was showing power/stamina.

The cross fitters was going like 20mph just to get to the number faster but barley beat the military girls that was going a little slower.

Cross fittters do this daily. The military focuses on a diversity of things. I am pro military all the way. Cross fitters let you know they do it......on the hour every hour. Good for them!

The reason crossfitters won probably bcoz they're in constant training where military women stays on duty most of the time and get to train for limited time. I don't know i could be wrong, It's just my thought.

Fun video for sure, but not sure how definitive the results are. Where's the 12-mile ruck? What about the 1000-meter swim? That shear endurance element of military training is definitely missing. A lot of these exercises seem geared toward CrossFit skillset.

I watched a similar video series a few years ago. They had a crossfitter, powerlifter, Olympic lifter, and a body builder do a bunch of different workouts from everyone’s sport.

Brooke Ense (Crossfitter) damn near won every event. People who take CrossFit seriously and do it in a healthy way are stupid fit.
