That finish to the top is amazing. was that luck or worked out on the spacing? also what were the vertical batton ctrs? looking at doing some cladding myself, is there a recommended ctrs?

Hi Robin I am about to clad my new workshop in shiplap. The longest lengths of shiplap I can get arnt long enough for the longest wall. Is it good practice to butt lengths together?? ie cut to the nearest batten and butt 2 pieces together?
