now we wait for Ryzen 3 7000 series in next 5 years while enjoy gaming on Ryzen 5 5000 series
ОтветитьIn the meanwhile... I can only play Anno 1800 on Low settings with my old GPU.
ОтветитьVideo
ОтветитьI was watching then realized you guys lie about performance, what a shame. probably should delete this video
Ответитьi got a 7700x with mobo and 32gigs ddr5 6000 ram for 399. im happy
ОтветитьThank you Linus & tech team, you helped me greatly with this and other vids, to choose agmonst all of the processors (September 2023) and I went for the Ryzen 9 7950X, seems far more stable and solid than the i913900k and the R9 13950X3D
Ответитьbut microcenter deal makes it cheaper for the x
ОтветитьI am confused now, I was looking into building an i7 13700f (like the non x ryzen) but then someone told me the ryzen 7 7800x3d is way better than the i7 specially in energy consiption wich is more interesting for me since I want to build an sff and I want to have one cpu thats powerfull and effient. And then this video throwed me back to the start. Honestly the price difference between ryzen 9 and 7 is not a big deal but I want the one thats more efficiend and so easier to cool. Can someone enlighten me with what cpu I should look into? For now is the ryzen 7 7800x3d because for the test I saw is twice as efficient as the i7 13700f
ОтветитьYour false review, and Limited Data has been sad to say the least. A Tech Review shouldn't start the first 2mins with Negative information, Click baiting aside (damn didn't know your editors were not screened for Non-Bias Reviews. I shouldn't let the MIllions$ of CAD deter you from being 100% or 95% accurate (with the support of REAL DEVS!!!) You Should backcheck your Editors and not just the "Testing DEPT" or w/e you label them. Nexusgamers and JayzTwoCents made clear and (Dropped ASUS) ASAP... guess i'll Unsubscribe and ReSub to channels that don't put Profits before Actual DATA.... Also Vet your team before assuming any person with a Heartbeat will do; Sadly I will be replacing the long standing LTT with anyone but Kids and Weed Dreams, Found JayzTwoCents less misleading, 10years later and the same disappointment.... Unsubbed INSTANTLY!!! even XQC has a better accuracy RATE.
Edit Note (Even Apple, Microsoft and Google can Fail)
12 cores for 400? dang
ОтветитьThermal efficiency is very crucial for people like me who game for 4-5 hours in a session.
ОтветитьGod Im really trying to learn about this stuff and I cant really understand the technicals :( So is it good for Blender or not? Talking to a guy with a gtx too. I dont even have n rtx a or anything above a 4 core. Im pathetic!
Ответитьi got the 7900x in a Microcenter bundle with a B650E-F asus board and 64gb DDR5 549.99
ОтветитьThis video convinced me to get a 7900 (non-X). Bought one (AliExpress) and installed it with a water cooler ML240L V2. It's reaching 81ºC with 100% load in a stress test after 15 min. It seems very weird considering the tests of this video. Does anyone else get this CPU too hot? Any explanations of this?
Ответитьi wonder if we will get non x but 3d chips...? 79003d would be epic
ОтветитьAMD is really the more mainstream industry leader now.
I wonder when it will switch again?, 6, 7 years maybe?
Why does no one use Radeon cards to do CPU benchmarking
ОтветитьJust got the 7600 non X to pair with my rx 6800 xt
ОтветитьMan...i love my R5 7600 ❤
ОтветитьSo kinda sounds like i should buy the 7700 non x for my build
ОтветитьThis video completely justified me first build, I bought the 7900 and was wondering after my brother in laws comments asking why I didn't get the 7900X
ОтветитьExcept the X variants are cheaper than non-X.
Not suckers now.
As AMD FAN cross zen 1 to zen 3, just wanted to upgrade to zen 4 , but the non x version didn't exist in my country 😂 .are yall the same?
Ответитьrather weird that my ryzen 7 7700x reaches 5,6ghz consistently without thermal throttling in Prime 95
ОтветитьNew to this. My R7 7700 is sitting at 47c in the bios, is this normal?
ОтветитьWhy do you have to keep doing the same benchmark in all your videos!! and why result fluctuate in all your videos!!
As a ryzen 7 1800x owner (very happy with the decision I made in 2017)... the reality is so different than your videos!!... Intel cpus as off today perform much better (or just better) in every department, in some cases they are cheaper!!!... I'm upgrading soon and its gonna be intel!!...
AMD is doing a great job sponsoring these content creators!!!
For some reason, the 7600x is a lot cheaper in my country than the 7600... go figure
ОтветитьSo is it better to spend $200 to buy 7600, then 2 years later $200 for 9600, than to buy $400 for a 7900? seems like will be much faster down to line
ОтветитьI just got 7600X and I feel so dumb rn while watching this video, the only good thing is that I didn't pay anything more like both 7600 and 7600X here have the same 220$ price
Ответитьwhat about the motherboard upgrade path? I like the idea of AM5 upgrade path but loses a bit of sense if motherboard has to be upgraded every little time due to not supporting fast DDR5 yet...
ОтветитьIts because when you are gaming never utilize your cpu 100% its like the real power consumption test should be done differently though
ОтветитьSo there is a video about amd actually not drawing less power than 13th gen cpus please check its actually double the usage in wattage
ОтветитьThis is why I always buy in between generation releases. I may be closer to the next gen and a potentially better buy at that point, but at least I'll know my current options well enough. AMD are good to us, though. People who feel like wasting money get to waste money on the best, the rest of us still get access to the good stuff... So much better than excessively strict segmenting.
ОтветитьThanks for review ! Does anyone know what is the power consumption of the Ryzen 7900 when iddle ?
ОтветитьIntro: Cheap is cool
Also Linus: THERE'S A 512 GB RAM STICK FOR LIKE 9000 BUCKS!
I got the 7700 non-x because not only very little performance diff that will be noticable but that 65w tdp in an SFF build is a huge bonus for thermals
ОтветитьIntel sux!
Ответитьamd do be clapping intel rn
Ответить... and then they never looked into the Intel Non-K Chips.
Ответитьi bought a ryzen 5 5600x for 150 bucks theres no point in buying a brand new amd cpu just buy last gen
ОтветитьWas going to build a new PC but with all the dam skus I'm confused and have a freaking head ach .........were the hell do you start
ОтветитьI'm interested in buying a Ryzen 7 7700 Non X. Is it a real silent CPU?
(I had previously an i7-8700 non K and it was really silent with a Noctua NH-U12A).
Thanks for your answers!
I bought the 7900, ehehehe :D
ОтветитьI never could understand those remark about intel platform, that intel support DDR 4 and DDR 5. It's sounds like this but correct would be to say it support DDR4 or DDR5. In other words you can find a MB with DDR4 only or DDR5 only... But not both, cause physically DDR4 and DDR5 are different. So actually there is no benefit I would say it's opposite. You can buy an MB with DDR4 and later you can upgrade CPU to new, but only on one gen more and you can have an issues that DDR4 will be a bottleneck for some applications. So it's better to have DDR5 from beginning....
ОтветитьHere in India, the price difference rb between the 7600 and the 7600x is about 1-2 dollars.
ОтветитьMaking the jump from an I5-6600k to an R7 7700. I can't wait to see what the difference will be like. Im looking forward to way better performance and way better energy savings. I just wish it was priced at $300 US and that the mainboards were more affordable.
ОтветитьChristmas time I will get a ryzen 9 5950x to replace my ryzen 5 5600. Then I will wait a few years before I upgrade to a ddr5 motherboard.
ОтветитьIm more interested on 5800X3D 😅
Ответитьall this video really does is explain that in 2023 you can pay $200 for a cpu or $700 for a cpu and there's fuckall performance difference between any of them.
ОтветитьWhats funny is that right this second 7700x is 315$ and 7700 is 319$
Ответить
