If your hands are a little wet and you can't get gloves on, make them a lot wet. They'll slide right on.
Your hands are going to get sweaty anyway..

Kimchi never goes bad it just gets pungent as time goes by. Hence the different ways of making kimchi dishes like kimchi stew, kimchi pancake etc.

As a korean that kimchi looks kinda gross lol its got a strange sickly color to it. Also I don't think we ferment it the way u do. We just make it then stick it in the fridge.
