Frustrated female runner here. Large bosom makes it difficult to run without discomfort. My chest swings up and down if I run slow, and side to side if I run fast. I give up.

That workout is extra hard considering he’s doing it at nauset highs awful track

Agree about 500s. Always thought 6x500 @1500 pace with 300 jog recovery was a pretty tough workout. 1500 pace isn't fast; 200 or even 400 reps are no that hard - but holding the pace a little loner and doing 500 or 600 reps moves the workout into anew area of difficulty!

Here in the UK we have 1,200 parkruns, and we are the size of one of your smaller states. I live next to Bushy Park parkrun near London, the birthplace of parkrun globally, which typically attracts 1,500 runners every weekend. It’s so popular in many countries, not sure why it hasn’t caught on in the US (yet).

By the way, Bushy Park is the training playground of many of the UK’s elite runners, including former 1500m world champion Jake Wightman.

Even though brooks wasn’t a good fit, it’s awesome that you got to spend a good amount of time training with people that have gone on to be olympians and world champs. Must be inspiring!

Don't laugh, but have you ever considered race walking? Think you could really become world class without too much trouble if you take to the motion. At the very least it might make for a fun video!

Nice upload Spence! I look forward to see you run more of these low key 5 & 10Ks. I am using my local ParkRun in the morning as my third 'workout' of the week. It nearby and almost a XC course so about :20-:25 slower than a comparable road 5K.
