Ответитьmy dad died of bowel cancer so every day i worry it could happen to me , dosent help that i have fibromyalgia so have constant stomach disturbances due to that its my biggest fear , i know the suffering my dad did , and how he lost his dignity and am terrified every time my stomach goes out of routine ,which just makes it worse because it increases my anxiety , which then sends it round and round in a circle , anxiety /cramps anxiety /cramps, i can cope with the pain of fibro but the anxiety is awful. to be fair to me and anyone suffering long term health problems , when your trapped in pain fatigue and other symptoms 24 /7 for a number of yrs its been 30 yrs for me, all you focus on is yr health how to feel better , what was it that u ate that upset u , etc so obvious over the years yr going to become anxious about changes , i feel so trapped , exercise makes me feel better but am in so much pain doing it , i do 10 min dance work out , and 10 min qi gong routine most days , it doe help me mentally but i have to go thru so much physical pain ,its so hard

ОтветитьThank you for your videos. I have functional dyspepsia ( I have had a gastroscope and varies blood and stool tests) I have a pressure/ discomfort in my upper stomach often with nausea. I have had many medications but nothing calms my symptoms.

ОтветитьI've been dealing with nausea for almost 4 years I'm just 18 years old ... This all started in my highschool junior year now I'm in 1st year of college..But nowadays the amount of anxiety has decreased but I still fear the situation which triggers my anxiety so i try to ignore them but when u can't help it my anxiety gets triggered and starts to get nauseous It affects my diet and health .. i can't help myself ... i used to puke everyone morning in the first year thankfully I've recovered from daily puking but sometimes when I have some exams or any tensed situation i suck 😭

Thank you for this video for someone who is always having nausea from anxiety and CPTSD I'm always feeling guarded my muscles are always tightened up and I feel like my stomach is relaxed for once. I feel muscles tightened in other places too I got to work on. thank you for uploading this.
