Housing skills are essential to community integration and increasing community tenure. In this webinar, we will review the importance of identifying housing preferences, housing skills assessments, and matching those preferences and skills deficits to adequate supports through the use of the Tools for Moving On curriculum. Materials will be introduced that can be used with individuals served in the inpatient, shelter, or group home settings that can begin to build motivation and skills for housing success.
