Я живу в Израиле , у нас похожее приготовление , только лафа смазывается хумусом изначально , а потом (в конце ) заливают тхиной , правда и шварму ,,бреют " подставляя металическую лопатку а не на основание , так более гигиенично выходит и меньше масла , а в остальном все 👍

This is not arab street food. this is turkish döner and has been taken to germany by turkish workers. in fact even arab made "shawarma" is originally turkish because it derives the word "chevirme" which means "rotating" in turkish. arabs learned it from turks and kurds in ottoman era. arab makes this often from chicken which in video it is not seen. the fact that it is made by an arab doesn't make belong a food that man's nation. likewise pizza can't be arabic just because it's made in arab countries.

and they much nicer and care about you ! You feel very welcome compare to others... only thing i dont like is the steak potatos french fries... those are not a good choice...
